THE COMPANY
I’m extremely excited to be representing a private organisation that supply measuring instrumental equipment. My client has a turnover of around £2.5Million with a view to grow the business to £5million over the next 3 years. With a UK presence and a fine reputation for quality products, this business continues to grow. Due to a brand-new product introduced by the company the business is looking to add a global sales manager to the team.
THE ROLE
As a Global Sales Manager your role will be as follows:
- Covering the Europe, Middle East and Africa
- Selling through distribution channels.
- Your focus will be on the industrial, Process and environmental sector.
- 90% new business within your first year identifying distributors.
- Spending time with your distributors on product training to ensure they upsell your product.
- You will be expected to bring at least 20 new distribution account in your first year.
- To bring at least 500k worth of new business.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Global Sales Manager will have
- Ideally 2 to 4 years sales experience in selling a niche product through distribution.
- A good understanding of measuring instrumentational equipment.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong Development Skills.
