ATA are exclusively working with a leading manufacturer of material handling solutions, for over 40 years our client has been a market leader in conveyor systems, grit capture and water waste systems. This Swedish owned business has seen a 20% per year growth over the last 5 years and have offices worldwide including Sweden, Netherlands, Australia, and the USA.
Currently the UK base is looking to hire a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to work closely with their dynamic team in Oxfordshire, the UK site generate an annual turnover of over £20 million and due to high client demands and orders they are offering a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer a rare opportunity to join their successful business with a realistic opportunity for progression.
The Role:
As a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer, you will have a key role to provide and implement your expertise on various projects, working on new orders and projects from cradle to grave.
The Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer’s key responsibility will be to:
- Produce both bespoke and standard drawings using Inventor CAD package.
- Produce 3D models using CAD software.
- Produce 2D drawings for parts.
- Be involved in occasional project work and site visits.
The Candidate:
To be successful in your application for the Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer role you will need:
- CAD experience in 2D and 3D.
- User of Inventor CAD software.
- A mechanical engineering qualification.
- Good communication skills.
