Package: £45,000 - £50,000 - £5,000 bonus per annum plus industry leading benefits package

Shifts: 4 days 4 off 4 nights 4 off

The Company

My client are a massive retail business that have been established for over 30 years. They have many industry leading businesses operating as part of their group. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the ever growing team to work at one of the largest distribution sites in the UK.  The team is heading towards 50 engineers on site working on State-of-the-art machinery and some of the latest technology as the site has had over £250 million invested to get up and running. My client are a company that function worldwide and have a turnover of 4 billion pounds.

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer you will:

• On a shift you will be making a team of 10 Engineers, including Shift Manager and Senior Engineers
• Your responsibilities will include: Electrical and Mechanical fault finding, Reactive and PPM work and many more
• They currently have a CMMS in place and looking for someone to help drive this forward with Projects and Continuous Improvement of the site.
• Working on this site you will be working on Various highly automated- PLC driven conveyor systems, shuttle systems, Packaging equipment, Bagging Machines and more

The Candidate

I am looking for a candidate that:

• Has a recognised Engineering Qualification
• As strong communicator that can work as part of a team
• Experience working in the Manufacturing environment
• Confident fault finding either electricially or mechanically.
