Role: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Chesterfield
Package: £44,000 per annum plus Pension contribution and Private Healthcare
Shifts: Days moving to double days
The Company
My client are a leading company in systems integration in the warehousing industry. So they design, build and maintain sites for their customers. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the growing team to work on this highly automated site. The team is looking to expand as the site grows after having over £8 million invested recently to install state-of-the-art 2023 machinery on site. They have been in the UK for 20 years with the resident site turning over £15 million in 2022. This is an exciting opportunity to join my client as they go through this transitional phase and a great chance to grow with the site and job security
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer you will:
- Be working on state of the art: bagging machines, conveyors, various material handling systems and more
- Day to day maintenance including carrying out reactive tasks and standard PPMS
- Mechanically you will be replacing like for like components, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems and fault finding
- Electrically you will be fault finding, working with sensors, relays and working in control panels
- Joining a small team of engineers
The Candidate
I am looking for a Maintenance Engineer that:
- Has a recognised engineering qualification
- Confident in working independently and with a Site Engineer
- Confident fault finding Mechanically and Electrically
- Confident in reading drawings
The Package
As a Maintenance Engineer you will receive:
- £44,000 per annum
- A 6% pension match
- Private Healthcare
