The plant is a mix of fully automated pouring beds for the precast beams, plus a manual production area where skilled carpenters make up moulds for the large staircases and stair wells. Both are fed by fully automated mixing and batching plants fed from hoppers. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer would be responsible Maintenance of all equipment in both production area.

At present the maintenance work is a mix of reactive breakdown and PPM work, however the ultimate goal is to increase the bias towards PPMs through CI and Root Cause Analysis. The Electrical Maintenance Engineers would also be involved in helping to identify the problem areas.
