Maintenance Engineer
3 Shift (6-2, 2-10, 10-6 Monday to Friday)
£39,500 - £41,000, 20 days annual leave, 5% pension match rising.
The Company
Well established as one of the UK’s leading distribution companies for the FMCG sector, this business continues to go from strength to strength. With a turnover in excess of £4 billion and 16 sites across the UK, the business continues to invest in the latest automation technology. As a result of strong customer demand, they are now looking to add another maintenance engineer to the team.
The Role
As a maintenance engineer your role will include:
- Working within a highly experienced team
- Working on a wide variety of machinery, including conveyors and pneumatics
- You will be reacting to breakdowns both mechanically and electrically
- Fault finding using schematics, a multi meter and HMI screens.
- There will also be a strong emphasis on PPM’s
- Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement
About you
The ideal maintenance engineer will have:
- Either a mechanical or electrical qualification
- Experience working as a maintenance engineer in an automated environment.
- A desire to learn.
