Maintenance engineer – Northampton
Monday – Friday days 070:30-17:30, on weekend a month (as OT)
£33,500 + OTE = £40,000 + bonus + 24 days holiday

This company are leaders within their field of food production. The company are based within Northampton and have 2 sides to their production. It is a family run business which has been continuously growing creating a annual turnover of over £150 million which has grown by 15%, with numerous sites across the UK.
The role
As a maintenance engineer your role will include:
- 70% mechanical work
- 30% electrical work
- 20% of your time conducting PPM’s, with the remainder attending reactive breakdowns
- Working at heights and in tight spaces on occasion
- Working across both sites (located next to one another)
About you
The ideal maintenance engineer would be:
- Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces
- Multi skilled with a mechanical bias
- Experienced working within a similar industry/background
- In possession of a recognised engineering qualification
The benefits
As a maintenance engineer within this well-established business, you will receive internal and external training within your first few months there. You will also receive target-based bonuses such as an attendance bonus. With the working week being days Monday to Friday, you will also receive OT for the one weekend a month you are required to at time and a half.
