Maintenance Manager

Location: Leicester
The role of Maintenance Manager will be as follows:
- To develop, mentor and lead an engineering team consisting of 20 of engineers.
- Management of budgets including R&M and labour
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement using models to improve the reliability of assets.
- Manage 3rd party contractors, putting in place expected working standards for work to be completed.
- Assist the project teams with short and long-term projects, providing engineering technical expertise.
- Look at ways to reduce cost and waste across the site, driving root cause analysis.
- Manage the team by KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Work closely with technical, production, hygiene and H&S to establish strong relationships.
Experience & background required for the role of Maintenance Manager:
- Experienced Maintenance Manager or experienced Supervisor ready for the next step in their career
- You must have worked in an engineering, manufacturing or FMCG related environment.
- You must possess a relevant Engineering qualification.
