Role – Maintenance Manager
Salary - £50,000- £55,000 – 10% bonus + Car (Can use for Personal)
Location – Basildon
Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday

The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Maintenance Manager will include:
- Running support of computerised Maintenance system.
- This would include:
- Analysis of data from the system.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Identification of areas of improvement.
- Continuous Improvement.
- Oversee installation and upgrade projects.
- Management of a team of Multi-skilled Engineers
- Ensure all contractors have Work Permits.
- Running of appraisals, 1-2-1s & recruitment.
- Staff Training.
- H&S Compliance within the Engineering Department.
- Running Management Meetings.
The Person
To be successful in your application for a Maintenance Manager you will need:
- An electrical or mechanical qualification
- Managed a Engineering function
- improvement and leading teams
- Maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing or warehousing environment.
