Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Wrexham
Salary: £55,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off

Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering career? We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a fast-paced FMCG operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a leadership role—or a current supervisor wanting a new challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Start each day with a full handover from the previous shift.
  • Lead and allocate jobs to a team of 3 engineers across 3 key areas: Low Risk, Packing, and High Risk.
  • Work closely with fellow Shift Supervisors to share resources and align on job schedules.
  • Attend and contribute to Operations Meetings and conduct SIC (Short Interval Control) checks.
  • Remain 90% hands-on, leading by example on the shop floor.
  • Ensure scheduled and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently and safely.

About You:

  • Time-served engineer with strong experience in an FMCG or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Confident in making decisions and allocating work across a shift team.
  • Ready to step up from an engineering role into leadership, or already supervising and looking for a new challenge.
  • Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally with operations and other departments.

What’s on Offer:

  • £55,000 annual salary
  • Change to progress and climb the ladder.
  • Free canteen
  • Opportunity to grow with a leading FMCG manufacturer
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture
