The Company
Our client is giving you the chance, as a maintenance engineering team leader, to work for a leading FMCG firm that supply to the retail industry! As a maintenance engineering team leader, you will be working for a company that invests high level of profit back into the company and supported by meaning enrolled into the company’s training matrix.
The Role
As a maintenance team leader, you will be both hands on and hands off in your role:
- Management responsibilities include scheduling maintenance / PPMs, training apprentices and ordering spares etc
- Hands on responsibilities including fault finding both mechanically and electrically
Requirements
As a maintenance team leader it is required that you:
• Have an NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent in either mechanical or electrical engineering
• Have experience fault finding both mechanically and electrically
• Previous experience of supervising / managing a team
