**Schedule: ** 4 days on, 4 days off (including days and nights)

**Salary: ** £55,000-60,000 (5k Bonus)

**Company Overview: **
Join one of the UK's largest retail businesses, a key player in the automation sector catering to major high street retailers. Situated in Shirebrook, the site is undergoing continuous improvement with a significant investment of over £250 million. The cutting-edge equipment includes renowned brands like Dematic, Fortna, Eurosort, and Autostore, featuring various conveyor systems, shuttle systems, packaging equipment, and cross belt sorters. Our client are searching for a talented shift manager to join their team.
**Role Overview: **
As a shift manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of senior/maintenance engineers on site, a very hands-on role which includes over 80% reactive maintenance. Your role will include 1 to 1’s, training, PDP, and supporting with continuous improvement when needed. Not only this but you will be running and organising the shift, driving health and safety, liaising with production and dealing with stores management.
**Candidate Profile: **
The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Engineer position should have:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering
- Having experience with leadership
- managed a team (open to size)
