Package: £48,000 - £52,000 + Bonus
Shifts: Monday – Friday DAYS ONLY

My client are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join their growing team. My client is biggest manufacturing company across the globe in their respective industry. The business operates across 30 countries worldwide so if you are looking for a secure job with a long future and potential progression this could be the one for you. This site in Crawley has recently had investment and now has a highly automated process. On this specific site there is, Conveyors, Kilns, Chutes, Mixers, packaging robots and more
The role
As a Maintenance Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of 4 engineers on the day shift
- Being right hand man for the Maintenance Manager
- Working alongside a slick CMMS system on a day to day basis
- Guidance and advice for the engineers on your shift
- Looking into Continuous Improvement and Managing Budgets
- Primarily being a hands off engineer but jumping on the tools in an emergency
The Candidate
In a Maintenance Team Leader we are looking for:
- A confident communicator
- Someone that has a recognised engineering qualification
- Has 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers
- A background in Engineering
Package
As a Maintenance Team Leader you will:
- Receive between £48,000 - £52,000 as an annual salary
- Receive a bonus
- Receive a Pension contribution
- Receive relevant training and potential progression for the right individual into a more senior management role
