Shifts: Suez (Days and Nights)

Salary: £56,500 per annum plus Pension, Overtime and Training


The Company

My client design and manufacture automation for product retrieval and storage systems, they are looking for a resident Maintenance Engineer to join the growing team. Working with clients all across the UK they are looking for a Engineer to be working on all the latest automation and technology. On this site in Castle Donnington you will be working on a fully automated site with conveyor systems, shuttles, robotics and Picking systems

The Role

As a Maintenance Team Leader your day to day will look like:

  • Managing a team of 7 on a shift
  • Running and Organising the shift efficiently and professionally
  • Driving health and safety on the site to keep the shift and yourself safe
  • Prioritising work load on the shift
  • Technically supporting the engineers and help them expand their knowledge
  • You will be responsible for managing sick, appraisal of your team and support throughout the hiring process
  • Looking into the continuous improvement and long term development of the site

The Candidate

In a Maintenance Team leader I am looking for:

  • Someone with a recognised engineering qualification
  • Has previous experience leading a team
  • A strong communicator to be able to manage the shift
  • Be able to work in a high pressure and fast moving environment
