Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
£37,500 PA
Bedfordshire
Monday – Friday shift
Nightshift 11pm – 7am
1 Saturday in 7
This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading, international packaging manufacturer who are recruiting due to ongoing expansion. The company offer stability and a varied role, within a friendly environment.
They will provide initial in-house training on all machinery to ensure you can succeed and hit the ground running in the position. This role will also provide you with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime.
The role would suit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, with good electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge, looking to establish themselves in a successful company.
Role Description
- Providing both reactive & planned maintenance on over 14 lines.
- Working on a variety of industrial machinery, predominantly packaging.
- Fault Finding both Electrically & Mechanically
- Adhere for health and safety requirements
- It would be advantageous if you had the ability to work on PLC’s.
The Candidate
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills or attributes:
- Time served Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer.
- Must hold an electrical or mechanical qualification (City & Guilds or higher).
