Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
£35,000-£37,000 + OT + Pension + Benefits
3 shifts Monday to Friday (Weekends & Fridays off every 3 weeks)

The Company:
ATA Recruitment are working with a large, well established FMCG manufacturing company who are restructuring the maintenance department and looking for a new mechanical maintenance engineer to join their team.
Having already placed 3 candidates with this business last year ATA recruitment has been working closely with this growing business and can see that these are really exciting times for them.
The Role:
- As a mechanical maintenance engineer, you will maintain all the production machinery on site to a high standard
- There will be both planned and reactive maintenance duties and you will be tasked with all kinds of mechanical breakdowns
- This is a fast paced, fully automated site so you will be expected to work with, and fault find on automated machinery and equipment
- The equipment you will work on day to day is varied and complex
- Although the role is mechanically biased there will be some electrical problems to look after so you should have some electrical knowledge
Required Experience:
- Mechanical Apprenticeship – with solid mechanical fault-finding experience
- Factory maintenance experience
- Flexible to the 3 shift pattern
