£52,595 + Overtime (1.5x, 2x) + 22 Shift Holidays + Training courses (Welding, PLC, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, IOSH Etc) and Route to Progress into Senior Roles

Shifts – Days and Nights (Twilight)
The Company
I am currently looking for a mechanical maintenance team leader to fill the role above! The company are the leading manufacturing company in the world for their product and they supply into the building products industry! The Role
As a mechanical maintenance team leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Being hands on 80% hands on – reacting to breakdowns, conducting planned maintenance and getting stuck into projects
- Fault finding mechanically on hydraulics, pneumatics conveyors, shafts and other mechanical components
- 20% hands off work involving managing a small team of engineers
Requirements
A successful mechanical engineering team leader will have:
- An NVQ level 3 or equivalent in mechanical engineering
- Previous supervisory / management experience
- An extensive background in mechanical engineering / manufacturing
- Great communication skills
