Multi-Skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer
(Commutable from Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley)
6-Month Contract | Days – Monday to Friday
£35–£37ph – Outside IR35
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site near Rotherham. You’ll carry out both reactive and preventative maintenance, while driving reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across key production assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery
- Reactive fault finding and repairs
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Root cause analysis and reliability improvements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven multi-skilled (mechanical & electrical) experience
- Recognised engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments
