Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
£45,000 + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + Days Only + Social Events + Excellent Benefits
Shifts: Monday – Friday (6–2 / 2–10)

The Company
We’re working with a long-established, medium-sized manufacturer that’s currently investing heavily in its people, site, and equipment. The business operates a complex, process-led production facility, offering engineers a varied, technically interesting, and stable environment to develop their skills.
Due to continued growth and increased production demand, they’re now looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their team.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
• Responding to mechanical and electrical breakdowns to keep production running smoothly.
• Carrying out preventative and planned maintenance tasks across the site.
• Working with a range of rotating, process, and electrical equipment.
• Fault finding on motors, sensors, conveyors, and associated control systems.
• Supporting installation, upgrade, and continuous improvement projects.
This is a hands-on, days-only position suited to a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for long-term stability and progression.
About You
We’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical background and basic electrical fault-finding capability.
• NVQ Level 3 qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled).
• Experience within manufacturing, process, or heavy industry environments.
• Welding, pipefitting, or PLC exposure would be advantageous.
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach to maintenance.
