Role: Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Elec Bias)
Shift: - MON - FRI / Days (6-2) & Afters (2-10) with 1 week in every 5 weeks of Nights (10-6)
Location - Scarborough / Whitby Area
Salary - £40 000

The Company
Our client is a leading manufacturer of food products who have been established for over 35 years. This business is a real success story and they are expanding and growing on a regular basis, having come through the recent tough times better than ever before.
This company supply to all the major supeemarkets and it is a great time to join the business. They have major growth plans and have recently seen a significant investment across their sites, with brand new state of the art machinery recently coming in including robots and automation.
The Role
- This role predominantly consists of electrical duties including fault finding and installation work up to 3-phase 415V but requires a broad range of other maintenance experience and abilities.
- An individual who is capable of prioritising a busy workload, balancing planned maintenance, project work and installations with unplanned events such as breakdowns, etc.
The Person:
- Electrically apprentice trained or qualifications to this effect.
- At least one year’s experience post qualification including working with 3-phase distribution and/or machinery.
- Evidence of experience in other relevant engineering disciplines e.g. mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic.
- Ideally experience of working in a food manufacturing environment / FMCG or similar.
