The company deal largely within hospital sites and are growing at a fast pace and are in need of a new Plant Maintenance Manager to come onboard. They need someone to join their close-knit team and continue the growth within the business. The client is looking for someone with a solid experience within Maintenance. Plant Maintenance Manager Role
Your day to day responsibilities as an Plant Maintenance Manager will include:
- Carrying out any PPM or reactive maintenance of machinery at site.
- Supervising members of staff on site – operators
- Replacement of any worn parts like for like and help reduce downtime.
- Ensure machinery is running to highest standards at all times
- Maintain the standards of all regulations at all times such as health and safety
- Manage operation spending and budgeting
Ideal Candidate
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Qualification
- Solid Communication skills
- Excellent man management skills for both staff on site and external personnel
- Maintenance experience within a waste environment beneficial but not necessary
- Able to work autonomously and independent when needed
