My client is a Multi-sited award winning FMCG business who supply in to all of the major supermarkets. Renowned for their quality, they are built on over a hundred years of customer service and continue to deliver excellence through their whole supply chain.
Through continued growth of their business through acquisitions and increase in demand from customers they can now boost a turnover of over £1bn and this is increasing year on year.
Due to production now running at unprecedented levels the site needs to bring in a Line Manager to manager production team.
Role
As a Line Manager your responsibilities will be:
- Manage a team between 25-50
- Deliver against set KPIs
- Ensure the plan is achieved
- Promote a culture of health & safety across your team and site
- Ensure the highest standards and quality of products is achieved
- Look for opportunities to deliver continuous improvement
- Develop your team to create world class standards
- Ensure all data is collected and reported
- Work closely with the Operations Manager
Person
To be considered for the role of Line Managerr:
- You will be either working at a supervisory level
- Or have shown a desire to progress in to a supervisory position and have tangible examples
- Currently working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- You will lead from the front
