My client is a well-known and highly regarded engineering company with a history of providing employment within the area for over 200 years. With a team currently consisting of c150 staff, they are experiencing huge growth and are aiming to double their turnover in the next three years.
The company are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work directly with the Chief Commercial Officer who will as their support for sales reporting, sales data analysis and administration activities around the sales team. The Role
The Chief Commercial officer is looking for someone to support him with reporting analytical and administration activities based around the sales team. The role will involve:
- Creating sales reports for group meetings
- Organising group sales meetings
- Taking data that marketing team produce on new target markets and creating a sales plan document for the team
- Minute taking at sales meetings
- Coordinating and arranging of conferences that the sales team want to be present at
- Analysing sales data from the team to produce the reports for the COO to present to the board
- Collecting, reviewing and updating individual & group company sales plans
- Organising internal sales training sessions
- Support in the implementation & utilization of new CRM tools across the group companies
- Look for opportunities to improve the efficiency in the sales reporting systems
- Proof reading tenders
The Person
To be successful in your application for the Sales Administrator role you will need:
- A can-do attitude

- Administration experience
- Fully IT Literate with common tools
- A dynamic individual who wants to learn and absorb how the sales team works within the business
