The Company:
ATA Recruitment is working with a market leading busines that manufacture fully automated machinery and have service contracts with companies throughout the UK. The equipment they manufacture is complex and they have a large team of specialist engineers to service and repair the equipment out in the field.
The Role:
Based out of the HQ in Leeds you will be responsibility for organising and planning work for a regional service team.
- Organising service visits and prioritising breakdowns
- Scheduling engineers
- Dealing with customer over the phone and providing technical support
- Ordering machine parts (electrical and mechanical) purchasing and organising delivery
Required Experience:
We are looking for someone that has done a similar role that involves organising and scheduling engineers
You must have come from some sort of technical background
Strong communication and administration skills are required
