Role: Shift Manager

   £59,000 + 6% Pension + Training + Private Health Care + 33 days Holiday

Location: Leyland

Shift: Days only

The Company:

Our client is a leader in the systems integration business for the warehousing industry.

The Role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Shift Manager will include:

Senior point of contact, support managerial duties and ensure that our client provides a fully functional automation system for our exceptional customer service. 

  • This is a critical role, and the Shift Manager will have experience in leading and coordinating a team of maintenance engineers, improving the service level, provide monthly summary and detailed reports covering commercial and technical activities.

Requirements of a Shift Manager:

To be successful in your application as a Shift Manager you must have the following skills or attributes:

  • Must be a qualified engineer minimum NVQ Level 3 electrical or mechanical.
  • Must have previous experience working as a shift manager or similar role.
  • You must be a strong problem solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
