Site Manager – Barking

£39 p/h (LTD) Role is outside of IR35

Lots of hours available with potential for some weekend work and nights if required

4 month rolling contract

Interviews to take place next week with immediate start

Project Engineering/Construction

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Day to day operational management of the site in Barking.
  • Oversee hands on technical staff and contractors.
  • This can be Welders / Pipefitters / Electrical Engineers / Fabricators or Mechanical Staff
  • Authorise RAMS - Risk assessments / method statements / toolbox talks
  • Issuing work permits and working with third party equipment suppliers to negotiate and agree external services
  • Plan and organise work and to ensure materials are delivered on time for work to be carried out
  • Ensure Health & Safety on the site

The candidate must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

  • 10 years Construction Site and Project Experience.
  • You must demonstrate the experience of managing sites & Subcontractors / Trades Staff.
  • Experience in Health & Safety and RAMS is highly desirable.
