Role: Workshop Engineer

Shifts: Mon-Fri Days
Salary: £40,000 + Overtime

As a Workshop Engineer you would be working on some of the latest technology within the industry giving you the necessary experience to secure your future within engineering. They plan to continue this growth in 2024, planning to bring more exciting machinery to market that you would exclusively be working on!
The Role:
The role of Workshop Engineer would include the following:
- Working within a team of Engineers stripping and rebuilding on various different machinery and equipment, finding any defects and fixing them accordingly
- Testing equipment before it goes out to customers ensuring there are no outstanding issues
- Fault Finding Electrically within Control Panels, on Sensors, Relays, Contactors and on Three Phase Motors too
- Mechanically working with : Bearings, Gearboxes, Shafts, Rollers, Hydraulic systems
The Candidate:
A successful candidate for the role of Workshop Engineer will have/be:
- A Recognised Engineering Qualification
- Experience working within Engineering (Open to Industry)
- Able to work within a team of Workshop Engineers
- Be able to work confidentiality Electrically or Mechanically
- Happy to work outside depending on what the company needs
- Open to working with heavy industrial machinery
