Salary - £43,500
Monday – Friday 7.30-4.30
Benefits – Pension, 23 days holiday + bank holidays

With some of the UK’s best-known brands already in their portfolio, the company continues to invest in new lines and automation to help with the ever-growing demands of their customers. 2021 has been an excellent year for the business and 2022 looks like it will be even better, and such is the expected growth they are now looking to add an Engineering Team Leader to strengthen their engineering team
Role
As an Engineering Team Leader your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing 8 maintenance engineers on a day-to-day basis
- Planning of maintenance activities for your engineering team
- Ensuring KPIs are met
- Coach, develop and mentor engineers
- Attend daily and weekly engineering meetings
- Work towards a culture of CI
- Day to day management of the team
- Performance management
- Attending meetings (feedback on breakdowns and overview)
- Hands on
Candidate
The successful candidate for the Engineering Team Leader needs to be:
- Qualified to minimum of a level 3 within electrical discipline
- Managed or Supervised a team with examples of performance management
- Ideally have worked within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
