We are currently recruiting for a growing business in the UK that speciliaise in components for special purpose machinery, who are looking for an Engineer to join their brand new site in Corby.

Thanks to their tried and tested induction and training process, they are in a unique position to employ Engineers from outside of the usual channels of manufacturing.

So if you have recently left the Armed Forces and have an Engineering Qualification, and would love a career within manufacturing, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you would be part of a strong team of Engineers, forming the first line of defence for any breakdowns that occur on your shift. 

Equipment includes fully injection molding machines, conveyors, ovens, CNC, lift systems and packaging machienery. The vast majority of the breakdowns would electrical in nature, with most of the electrical faults being linked to damaged sensors and switches, which can be changed like for like.

No specific qualifications are necessary, but you must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Mechanical systems.

All candidates will need to complete a technical screening interview, with the final stage being an onsite interview and site tour.
