- The role
As a multi skilled maintenance engineer you will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly planned maintenance on machines in their factory. You will also be responding to breakdowns and expected to look for continuous and perform root cause analysis. They encourage their engineers to look beyond the obvious and help implement changes to help meet production targets. The engineering department has an open door policy and they welcome fresh ideas.
- The candidate
To be considered for the role of multi skilled maintenance engineer you must apprentice trained and hold qualifications in either will electrical or mechanical bias.
