We’re working with a leading global systems integrator, operating across more than 50 countries and partnering with a wide range of Tier 1 clients. The company has experienced consistent UK growth in recent years and continues to expand its footprint nationwide.

This Birmingham site is a brand-new, fully automated facility representing a multi-million-pound investment in cutting-edge technology. As it approaches go-live, the business is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to play a key role in shaping and leading site operations.

The Role

As Maintenance Supervisor you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of two Multi-Skilled Engineers, with scope for the team to expand as the site becomes fully operational.
  • Conducting one-to-ones and appraisals, mentoring and developing your team’s skills.
  • Driving site KPIs to maximise efficiency and equipment uptime.
  • Overseeing shift handovers, tracking breakdowns, and allocating planned maintenance tasks.
  • Working hands-on alongside your team while providing technical guidance and leadership.
  • Supporting the Engineering Manager with recruitment and other departmental activities.
