Role – Maintenance Supervisor
Salary - £50,320
Overtime –paid at 2.0 and 1.5
Location – Glastonbury
Shift Pattern – 3’s and 2’s days and nights
Pension – 6% Contribution

I have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for one of world’s largest manufacturer of automated material handling systems in the world. The company turns over more than £700million globally. The company deliver an excellent 99.2% on customer orders with thousands per week. This is done through state of the art machines including conveyor systems, shuttle systems and robots and cranes. Their site in Glastonbury is one of the most state of the art automated distribution centres within the UK.

The Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor your role will include the management of the PPM system for that factory, assigning work orders to Maintenance crews & manage spares, along with running daily meetings, 1-2-1s plus co-ordinate any training necessary for the Engineers.
- Leadership of a team of experienced maintenance engineers
- Maintenance planning
- Leading CI activities
- Reporting on KPI’s
- PPM activity on equipment.
- Mechanical and electrical reactive support.
- Attending breakdowns and carrying out fault finding to resolve engineering issues.
The Person
The Ideal Candidate for Maintenance Supervisor would need
- Strong Communication skills
- Engineering experience and managing a team of Engineers
- Able to work autonomously and independently.
- Experience running PPM schedules and distributing workflow.
