Role – Maintenance Team Leader
Salary - £52,000
Location – Knowsley
Pension – 6% Contribution + Private Health Care + Overtime

I have an opportunity for a Maintenance Team Leader to work for one of world’s largest manufacturer of automated material handling systems in the world. The company turns over more than £600million globally. The company deliver an excellent 99.2% on customer orders with thousands per week. This is done through state of the art machines including conveyor systems, shuttle systems, hanging garments and robots. They are currently investing in the site with over 20 million being ploughed in to the latest technology.

The Role
As a Maintenance Team Leader your role will consist of:
- Managing a team of 5 engineers- 1-2-1, Appriasals, support with hiring, Holiday management
- Working to KPI’s on site – Site availability, Engineer utilisation, PPM completion
- Mentor, guiding and training the wider team
- Supporting shift hand overs – looking at previous issues
- Analysis of Data – Recurring faults and problems
- Element of hands on (this will be down to the TL how much they get involved with)
- Help drive the process on site having a CI mindset and getting the most out of the machines.
The Person
To be successful in your application for a Maintenance Team Leader you will need:
- Experience Managing a team of multi-skilled engineer
- Engineering qualification
- Must have experience performing maintenance tasks on Electromechanical systems.
- Must have previous experience working in an automated production environment.
