Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Days)
Overtime: Plenty available
Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays (option to buy 5 additional days)

The Role
Working as part of the on-site engineering team, you’ll provide essential maintenance support across all areas of production, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
- Prioritise maintenance work alongside the Operations Team to meet production demands.
- Carry out tooling changes on presses as required.
- Manage press tooling procurement and implement ongoing improvements.
- Undertake planned and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure all routine maintenance is completed to a high standard.
- Support and train operators in basic machine maintenance and operation.
- Liaise with external contractors for both reactive and preventive maintenance.
- Be available for technical advice or callouts outside normal working hours when required.
