Multi-skilled Engineer
Location – Haverfordwest, Wales
£220 per day (PAYE) or £250 per day (Umb/Ltd)
Monday - Friday DAYS + alternative Saturdays
42-hour week
The Company
Our client is a growing manufacturer of high quality products who have gone through a recent major investment to increase production on site. Due to their growth they are looking to recruit a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to join their engineering team.
Their site in Haverfordwest produces a finished product for various customers including education and retail and with their expansion they are looking to grow their customer base.

The Role
The engineer will be responsible for all electrical fault finding and rectification work on production lines on site. This would include fault finding through to a competent level with a multimeter or by checking inputs and outputs, reading schematics and checking HMI screens.
Electrical components include sensors, relays, safety circuits, 3 phase motors, conveyors, converters, switches & panels.
The work will be a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance working with mixers, blenders, Packing machines, boilers, chillers, inject coders, shrinkwrappers, palletisers, printers, pumps, pipe work.
The Candidate
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills, abilities or qualifications:
- Must have a recognised engineering qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G, HNC, HND).
- Experience of working within a FMCG or Automated Production environment.
- A positive can-do attitude.
