The Company:
A Large and secure FMCG manufacturing business full of state of the art automated machinery. This company are a specialist packaging material manufacturing busines who supply to a global customer base who produce instantly recognisable brands.
As well as manufacturing the packaging itself they also have a large print line which is extremely complex so if you are a multi-skilled maintenance engineers and enjoy working on high value capital machinery then you will love this factory.
The Role:
As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer you will be working 6-2/2-10/10-6 shift pattern you will provide emergency breakdown cover to keep production running and also perform planned maintenance activities to reduce the number of breakdowns on site.
This is an extremely varied role and will involve mechanical and electrical work
You will be working on 3 Phase systems, AC/DC motors, invertors, drives and PLC’s
Mechanically you will be working on hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, pipework and valves.
Required Experience:
The successful multi-skilled maintenance engineer will be apprentice trained in either mechanical or electrical engineering and have a decent level of multi-skilling.
You must have worked in an automated manufacturing environment and be flexible to work shifts
