Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Nights (No Weekends!)
Salary: £55,000 Basic + 5% Bonus + Overtime Available
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour Nights (That’s a 3-day weekend, every week!)

The Role
We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who’s passionate about problem-solving and keeping production running smoothly. You’ll take pride in delivering first-class maintenance support, tackling mechanical and electrical challenges head-on, and driving continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across high-speed production machinery — including conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Build great relationships with external suppliers and contractors to keep everything running like clockwork.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering.
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (mechanical and/or electrical).
- A proactive mindset and strong teamwork skills.
