Multi skilled maintenance engineer – Wilnecote
Double days 06:00-14:00, 14:00–22:00
£35,000 + OT
One of our most successful clients are looking to enhance their already strong engineering team, through the acquisition of a multi skilled maintenance engineer. The company are globally renowned within the FMCG sector, with multiple sites within the UK included. The UK sites alone provide a multimillion-pound contribution to their overall turnover globally. The company continue to grow strength to strength which is evident through the investments made on their UK sites equipment.
As a multi skilled maintenance engineer, your role will include:
Both mechanical and electrically based work
Conducting PPM’s (planned preventative maintenance)
Attending to reactive breakdowns
Working on bespoke equipment/machinery, with continual improvements being a continual aspect
Maintaining health and safety throughout
The ideal maintenance engineer would be:
In possession of a recognisable engineering qualification
Time served/experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
Able to turn their hand to both electrically and mechanically based work
A good team player as well as able to work individually.
Alongside the competitive salary, this role also has the potential to increase earnings through overtime. In addition to this, the company offer stability within the role as they continue to grow and invest. Finally, the successful multi skilled engineer would be given full in-house training to progress their abilities, whilst being able to utilise and enhance current skills.
