Maintenance Engineer
£40,000 - £45,000 / Paid overtime.
4 on 4 off shift pattern.

During this time the Company has enjoyed rapid organic growth meeting continued customer demand. 600 employees achieving a turnover more than £115 million per annum.
The business has recently invested more than £40 million on new machinery and overhauling their current plant. This is an excellent opportunity for any maintenance engineer looking to work on modern machinery within a stable and reputable company.
Maintenance engineer duties:
You will be tasked with the daily maintenance of all plant equipment. This is a fast-moving environment so a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure will be essential. You’ll maintaining an array of automated equipment such as:
- Conveyors
- Weighers
- De-boning equipment
- Metal detectors
- Packing machines
- Scanners and barcode printers.
Our client offers an amazing induction programme to ensure you get familiar with the layout of the plant and the machinery.
The Candidate:
A successful maintenance engineer should be able to demonstrate a strong fault-finding technique, whilst working safely. Our client is eager to hire someone with similar industry experience however, this is not essential.
To be successful in your application for this Engineer role you will need:
• A level 3 Engineering qualification or HNC, HND or Degree.
