The Company:
A global systems integration company that specialises in automating industrial warehouse and distribution processes. This company are responsible for a massive, automated warehouse in Bradford that processes online orders for an instantly recognisable brand.
The site in Bradford is purpose build, is full of state of the art technology, machinery and robotics, and has a large team of specialist maintenance engineers who keep it running.
The Role:
Working a Panama shift rota, the multi-skilled maintenance engineer will conduct planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- There is a huge focus on plant reliability so pro-active maintenance to ensure maximum machine availability to key.
- Electrically you will be working on 3 phase systems, inverters, drives, motors, PLC
- Mechanically there are lots of conveyors, motors, bearings, compressors
The Candidate:
NVQ 3 in electrical or mechanical engineering
Muli-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial environment
Someone who wants to learn and develop technically
