The Company:
ATA Recruitment is currently working with a multi-national business that design and manufacture capital machinery that is old all over the world. This equipment is bespoke to the customers requirements and sold as a complete turnkey package including after sales warranty and service support.
The Role:
- Working out of the UK headquarters in Leeds your role is to respond to incoming enquiries from customers about new machinery design and installation projects.
- Dealing with customers in the UK and abroad to build lasting relationships
- Understand and interpret customer requirements
- Liaise with internal departments such as design, projects and purchasing to put a detailed commercial and technical proposal to the customer
- Follow the initial enquiry through to deal sign off and support the project to final machinery installation stage
Required Experience:
- Strong technical and commercial background
- Must have experience of putting complex proposals together for engineering applications
- Customer facing
- Flexible to travel on occasion
