Title – Maintenance Engineer
Salary – £38400
Location – Tamworth
Package – Holidays + pension + training
Shifts – Double Days Monday - Friday

A forward-thinking, high-volume manufacturing business is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer due to continued sustainable growth across the business.
Over the years they have invested millions back into the business to boost production, have set sustainability targets which they are well on track for, has been recognised as a leading business and have launched a new process and introduced new machinery – to name but a few accomplishments.

ROLE
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the PPM and reactive maintenance of the capital equipment and the associated equipment on site.
The role can be roughly split 60/40 in terms of time spent carrying out PPM and reactive work.
Whilst you are working a day’s shift, your priorities will be on keeping the production line going by prioritising reactive maintenance, and the PPM’s are reserved for down times.
The role will be challenging but technical rewarding Maintenance Engineer role.
- Maintenance, production improvements and project work.
- Weekly PPMs the role initially will be 80% reactive 20% PPM.
- Faulting finding electrically and mechanically on several types of equipment onsite
- Gain exposure to various machinery.
- Fault finding to Input and output level on PLCs
- Work as part of 14 -man maintenance team
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application for the position of Maintenance Engineer, we are seeking someone who;
- Is based in the Birmingham area
- Electrically Or Mechanically qualified to a minimum of level 3
- Hands-on industrial maintenance experience
- From any industrial background
