Maintenance Engineer
Shifts – Mon-Fri 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
1 Saturday every 5 weeks (8hours)
1 week of nights (10pm-6am) every 10 weeks
Location - Leicester
Salary - £40,000

The Company
Our client is a leading a manufacturer of high-quality food products. Employing 170 people at their automated site in Leicester, this multi-million-pound company are looking to recruit electrical biased maintenance engineers to join their engineering team.
Their site in Leicester produces a range of products to supply their ever-expanding customer needs. The business has gone through significant investment to improve their facility and operations to expand their manufacturing capacity.
Due to their continued growth, they are looking to bring in 3 maintenance engineers.
The Role
As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer you would be responsible working on a wide variety of production equipment used to make the various products. Production equipment includes conveyors, mixers, silos, fryers, weighers, metal detectors, bag sealers and industrial printers.
Work will be split amongst the maintenance team depending on skills set, but all would be involved on breakdowns and PPM work. The Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer would be required to fault find on both electrical and mechanical systems.
The Candidate
To be successful in your application you must have the following skills or attributes:
- Time served Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer.
- An engineering qualification
- Must be able to fault find electrically using a multimeter.
